This hotel delivered great value for money and genuinely surprised me. The location is perfect—right across from the ADO bus stop and just minutes from the local buses that take you to the stunning beaches in the Hotel Zone for only 12 pesos. Plus, there’s a massive supermarket right across the street, which is super convenient. The rooms are larger than they seem, clean, and comfortably cool. The bathroom and shower setup is fantastic, with double sinks and enough space in the walk-in shower to host a small party. I requested a quiet room and was given one on the first floor, with no outside window but overlooking the breakfast area. It wasn’t an issue at all. The rooftop is a great spot to relax, catch the sunrise, or sunbathe, though the so-called pool is more of a decorative feature than a place to swim. The gym is solid—better than your average hotel gym. Breakfast was decent for the price, around 11€, though a little more variety (especially with basics like eggs) would have been nice. The only real downside was the breakfast service—the staff seemed like they really didn’t want to be there, which made the experience a bit unpleasant. I paid around 20€ for late checkout - 4pm. Overall, a great stay for the price, with a few minor drawbacks!

This place is a budget-friendly find! We needed a one-night stay near the Cancun bus station and picked this for price and location. The staff is friendly, our room was quiet, with decent beds and good plumbing. Our stay included the breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of items and lots of fresh coffee. Best of all, was the roof-top bar/restaurant with a plunge pool and a nice view which we could hang out in before going to the airport. The furnishing and décor are dated and a bit worn, but the building is clean and public areas are spacious. It’s a short walk to a variety of restaurants. And easy to catch a bus to anywhere else you might want to go.

We stayed at this hotel for one night before our flight. The location was perfect for us, as we needed a place near the bus stop. We had dinner at the rooftop restaurant—the food was delicious, the service was great, and the prices were reasonable. The hotel staff didn’t speak English very well but made a sincere effort to help us. Our room was comfortable, with a large bed, a nice rain shower, and a modern design. Overall, we were happy with our stay, and the price was good.

The location is very close to the bus station, which is convenient. It's very Central in downtown, if you want to stay downtown and that you could take buses or taxi to the beach easily. The layout of the hotel is nice. Has an excellent rooftop bar, pool, and exercise room. The servers on the rooftop are very nice. . The hotel had shampoo dispensers In the shower area, which is environmentally friendly, important to me, instead of little, tiny bottles. The breakfast was good

The location is perfect! Only 5 to 7 minutes walking to ADO Cancún bus station. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was cleaned. AC temperature in the room was ideal, with a big tv. BIG Compliment, after check out I was able to stay at the lobby until 5:30 PM and at the restaurant working, while the hotel looked after my luggage. The hotel has a Starbucks in the lobby! Also, the breakfast was fresh and tasty ($220).
